Validating xp key

Or is this the normal/typical workflow for what happens when you just have a bad product key?

I ask because, after this happened I emailed IT and they supplied me whether several other product keys to try.

Until the introduction of Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool users could have easily stated that having an illegal copy would be the same thing but with extra money in the pocket.

Everything installed successfully and I have been using the XP machine for the last 30 days without any problems; however it kept reminding me to activate Windows, and of course, I never did (laziness).

As a part of this program, you will be required to validate your copy of Windows whenever you request a genuine Windows download from the Microsoft Download Center or Windows Update.

Validation is a process that verifies that your copy of Windows is genuine.

You can learn more about WGA by reading the Genuine Windows FAQ and viewing Microsoft's Genuine Windows online demo.

Once you know the ins and outs of the program, I recommend that you click the Validate Now button on the Genuine Microsoft Software site and follow the onscreen instructions to validate your copy of Windows XP.

But every time its the same result, same thing happening over again and again.
